Make a Difference Week, an initiative by the Society for Ecological Restoration (SER), is a global call to action focused on ecological restoration. It brings together individuals, organizations, and communities worldwide to take meaningful action for restoring ecosystems and creating positive impact. Everyone- individuals, NGOs, institutions, and governments- is welcome to participate by joining local restoration efforts and global conversations. Probha Aurora is pleased to welcome a new team of four volunteers who have already arrived in Bangladesh under the Volunteer Dispatch Program, for the second time with the support of KOICA and the implementation partnership of KIDC, Global Inner Peace, and the Korea Environmental Education Center.
The volunteers will work closely with Probha Aurora to support climate action and environmental initiatives in Bangladesh. This collaboration aims to contribute to green recovery and climate adaptation (SDG 13) by strengthening resilience to global climate change and enhancing the climate and environmental competencies of the participating volunteers.
We believe this partnership will make a meaningful contribution to advancing environmental awareness, climate resilience, and sustainable development.
