In celebration of World Animal Day 2023, Bangladesh embraced the theme “Big or small, love them all” with dignity. The day witnessed a range of events organized both online and offline, including quizzes, contextual speeches, and painting competitions. These initiatives were led by Probha Aurora, a notable social enterprise, in collaboration with the Eco Schools Program of the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE), the world’s largest environmental education institution.
The focal point of the celebration was a special event held at Mirpur SOS Herman Gmeiner College, commencing at 10 a.m. The students of this institution participated in these competitions with remarkable enthusiasm. Simultaneously, at the event, an announcement was made, extending the opportunity to students from schools across the nation to participate online in these competitions.
Students from any school throughout Bangladesh are encouraged to seize this online opportunity to engage
in quizzes, contextual speeches, and drawing competitions. The online submission window will remain open
until 11:59 p.m. on October 6th. All online participants will receive certificates, and first, second, and third-
place winners will receive prizes. For detailed information and to confirm participation, please visit this
